This week's sketch was inspired by this adorable card by Savitri. I decided to make it have a vertical orientation instead of horizontal. The sketch works quite well if you have a small bit of patterned paper you want to use up, or a small stamped image. Some dimensional info based on my card:
- The brown rectangle piece is 2.5x3-3/8.
- The small white piece is 1.5x 3-1/8.
- The items are approximately 1 inch each.
Here's my sketch:
And here's my card for the sketch:
Supplies: Stamps: Coffee Break (gel-a-tins), Birthday Basics (PTI) Ink: Palette Noir Cardstock: Close to Cocoa, Aqua Mist, Ocean Tides Accessories, etc.: pop dots, aqua twill
THUD! Your card is gorgeously cute...amazing! At first glance, the sketch didn't sing to me, but after seeing your card...oh, the possibilities came flooding in. I GOTTA make one or two or three myself. Thanks so much for the amazing inspiration.
