Here's my take on the sketch. I decided to make some stamped background paper with Damask Designs. I stamped Vintage Cream on Melon Berry. I'm pretty obsessed with how Melon, Chocolate, and Vanilla look together (sounds like I'm describing a dessert). I threw in a button bow, since I'm loving those too lately.
Supplies: Stamps: Damask Designs, Monogram Borders & Corners Ink: Vintage Cream, Melon Berry Paper: Vintage Cream, Melon Berry, Dark Chocolate Accessories, etc.: Ribbon, Button, Twine, Scallop Punch, paper piercer
Wow, what a beautiful card! :-) The paper you created is quite stunning; I'm sure Dawn McVey would be impressed. Love the button bow, too. Wish I could play along, but we're leaving for a 2-week trip a couple of days from now and I need to be packing instead of crafting. Perhaps, I'll tackle a card when we return, though. Thanks for the sketch! ~Jennie

ReplyDeleteI just love these FTLs!! This one gave me fits though...couldn't punch straight, line up the dots straight, or mat anything straight! LOL! Yeah, not the layout..the stamper!
