Happy Friday! I've been counting down the days until Friday all week. I worked last weekend which means I only had Sunday off. Whenever this happens I always feel like I didn't get enough time to really recharge. However, this upcoming weekend is a 3-day one! Anyway, enough about that, here's the look back at the sketch!
This is definitely one of my favourites!
Here's my card. In light of the recent heat wave that has finally broken, I figured I'd use this fun cool treats set. I coloured the popsicle using a rainbow assortment of Copics and then covered it with glossy accents for that melty shine. I also used the smaller popsicles in this set to make some patterned paper.
Here's a close up look at the popsicle with the glossy accents.
Supplies:
Stamps: Ice Cream Dream, Birthday Basics
Ink: Tuxedo Black, Pure Poppy
Paper: White, Black, Orange Zest, Pure Poppy
Accessories, etc.: Circle punch, nestabilities-circles
As always, we'd love to see your take on the sketch! If you play along please leave a link in the comments!
So pretty!! This pop looks good enough to eat! Love how the glossy accents makes it so realistic looking.
ReplyDeleteI got to play along :)
