266!

Here's this week's sketch. I'm certain I've done something like this before, but there are a few details here to note- the sentiment panel should either be framed with paper, ribbon, or something to that effect. The main image panel doesn't have to be on a circle, but it should be popped up to give it extra attention. I'm away from home this week so I made this week's card while visiting fellow design team member Chera. Being away also means that this post is coming to you from the iPad.

Here's my card. I ended up doing some fussy cutting with the snowflakes, but it's the look I wanted. For the sparkly border I used sticky strip and dazzling diamonds directly on the Island Indigo.

Supplies:
Stamps: Endless Wishes
Ink: Cherry Cobbler, Island Indigo
Paper: Island Indigo, Cherry Cobbler, Basic Grey, White
Accessories, etc. : sticky strip, dazzling diamonds, stickles, 1-3/4 circle punch

FTL264, Puppy Blessings Christmas

Hello there crafty people. Today's card is so stinkin' cute! I was really excited to get this stamp set from Papertrey Ink since I have a brand new Dachshund puppy. Her name is Bella, she's 10 weeks old, and she's quite the little curious little girl. There's more about her on my blog. So of course I had to make a little Doxie card. My stamp set is Come All Ye Faithful (with die-cuts) and Stylish Sentiments: Holiday for my sentiment. I used Vintage Christmas from My Mind's Eye with Papertrey Ink True Black and Vintage Cream.  My ink is the new Memento Luxe, which I absolutely love. You can see the fab coverage on my Doxie image.

Thank you so much for stopping by to see us today!

FTL 264 Very Merry

Happy Friday everyone!! Here is my card for this weeks Sketch! Was in a very glittery mood today as you can see!!!

264!

Good morning!

Here's this week's sketch!

Here's my take on the sketch. I wanted to make a more masculine card, instead of doing the default floral birthday card.

I started by making a stamped background using this cute column of 4 mustaches. The rest of the card just kind of came together.

Supplies:
Stamps: Moustache set (from Hobby Lobby), Inside & Out Birthday II
Paper: Black, Basic Grey, White, Soft Stone
Accessories, etc.: Chevron ribbon, Scalloped Edge punch
