Nothing says summer like ice cream! Patterned paper is Echo Park Dots & Stripes, and I cut it from the same corners of all three patterns to make them match up.
Thanks for stopping by!

145!
Time for another sketch! I needed a father's day card, so I worked that, using this sketch as a starting point. I found that stamping my own background was the best way to allow the three part layer to really flow together visually.

Measurements:
- Card base: 4-1/4x5-1/2
- Largest Frame: 3-1/4x4-1/2
- 3-part layer: 3-1/8x4-3/8 (make each part 3-1/8x1-1/2, adhere all to a piece of paper and trim equal parts off the top and bottom to make it 4-3/8 in length)
- Focal layer: 2-1/2x3-3/4
Here's my card, even though it's finally summer, I always find myself using this colour palette when using leaf and wood-themed stamps.

Supplies:
- Stamps: Background Basics: Woodgrain, Masculine Motifs
- Ink: Dusty Durango, Pumpkin Pie, Early Espresso, Cherry Cobbler
- Paper: Kraft, Early Espresso, Very Vanilla, Cherry Cobbler, Pumpkin Pie, Dusty Durango
As always, if you play along, feel free to leave a link!

FTL144 Thank You

I had it made before the challenge was even posted, but I took off for Toronto Ontario to visit my sister first thing on Saturday morning and my days are just flying by! I am loving spending time with my sister and now my niece (who graduated from her College program yesterday!). Today we are off to a scrapbook/stamping store in Toronto in a neighbourhood near where Bruce and I lived before we moved to Calgary.

FTL144 Love is Like Wildflowers
I used the Color Throw Down 145 to create this card. I colored the wildflower image from Sweet 'N Sassy stamps with Memento markers and stamped onto the white card stock. I thought it would be cute to use the fence border punch for my sentiment panel. The rest of the sentiment is on the inside.
Supplies: Stamps - Sweet 'N Sassy Wildflowers; Paper - PaperTrey; Misc - Memento Markers, MS Fence border punch, MS Butterfly punch, Foam Squares, EKSuccess Border punch
