FTL143 Best Wishes

I've been needing a lot of anniversary and wedding cards lately so here is another one for my stash.
Supplies: Stamps - Mark's Finest Papers; Paper - Mark's Finest Papers, PaperTrey; Ink - Scarlet Jewel; Misc - EKSuccess border punch, Cuttlebug Embossing Folder, Foam Squares

143!

Good morning! It's time for another sketch.
Some dimensions for you:
Main Panel: 3x4-1/4
Image Frame: 2-3/4x2
Image: 2-5/8x1-7/8
Sentiment Strip: 1/2x2-1/2
Card Base: 4-1/4x5-1/2
Here's my card:
Once again, the leftover bits of stuff on my desk kind of guided the colour choices. I've had this piece of patterned paper on my desk for way too long, so I figured I'd use that. I also had a perfect sized piece of Baja Breeze out, just waiting to be scalloped.
Supplies:
  • Paper: Baja Breeze, Soft Sky, White, Smokey Shadow, Stampin' Up Retired DSP (sorry, forget the name right now...)
  • Ink: Soft Sky, Smokey Shadow
  • Stamps: Autumn Abundance (PTI), Pocket Silhouettes (SU!)
  • Accessories, etc.: Scallop edge punch, white brad
As always, feel free to leave a link to your card!

FTL142 Teeny Tiny Wish

I love love love how quick this card went together... and how good it looked when I was done!
Items Used:
*Cardstock:  Stampin' Up! Basic Black, Real Red; PTI White
*Images:  Penny Black
*Ink:  Versafine Onyx Black
*Tools:  Big Shot; Quickutz Flowers embossing folder; ScorPal
*Embellishments:  unknown grosgrain ribbon; twine from The Twinery; assorted buttons

My apologies for the not so great photo...  the rain has finally stopped (it rained for five days straight with only a few small breaks) but today is windy which makes it difficult (if not impossible) to take photos of cards outside.  And my kitchen has been taken over with papercrafting stuff as I'm hosting a garage sale today with five of my friends!

I look forward to seeing what others create!

142

Good morning!
Here's this week's sketch:
And here's my card:
It's a pretty basic card. I offset the texture plate slightly on the cardstock when rolling it through the cuttlebug. I scored 2 lines using the scor-it to give it a more finished look.
Supplies:
  • Stamps: Big Bold Wishes (Papertrey Ink)
  • Ink: Onyx Black
  • Paper: Raspberry Fizz, Basic Black, White
  • Accessories, etc.: Ribbon, Twine, Button, Sunshine Impression Plate, Scor-It, Long Scalloped Rectangle die
