FTL12- Take Two

Happy Friday!

This is one of my favourite sketches because it is so simple and versatile! So much so that I ended up making two!

Here's my first card. I was in the mood for some watercolour. So I used Peacock Feathers, Mowed Lawn, Mustard Seed, and Fired Brick for the background. The flowers were stamped with Memento Ink and then I coloured them with Copic colours. I did a bit of fussy cutting and attached it over the watercoloured background. The flower came from Clearly Besotted. The sentiment is one form Papertrey Ink.

For this next card, I did some more Copic colouring. I stamped the background using Soft Sky, Baja Breeze, and Lost Lagoon, and then stamped, coloured, and cut out the coffee cup. The dots are from a Mama Elephant set. The coffee cup is from a Simon Says Stamp set.

If you play along, please leave a link to your blog post!

Even though I follow your blog, I don't often get a chance to play along. Loved this easy sketch for the amount of time I had. Here is my link: http://www.myheartsexpressions.com/blog/2015/05/friends-forever.html
