I finally got a chance to make a card with this sketch! I used this week's color challenge on SCS - Cherry Cobbler, Pretty in Pink and Melon Mambo (well I used substitute colors).

I almost didn't get a chance to play this week.... we got home from a fabulous Christmas vacation (a Caribbean Cruise) on the 3rd and I have been on the couch with a nasty cold since the 6th. I wasn't feeling great yesterday either, but I needed to be creative.... so I killed two birds with one stone and created a birthday card for my father in law using this weeks fall to layout....

It feels like forever since I've been able to play along here, and I think I'll be back more regularly now!
I cut 4 squares and stamped the flower on them with Fresh Snow ink, rounded the corners, and added a pink edge.

Dimensions - base 3-1/2 x 6, each square is 2 x 1-3/4

paper - kraft, blushing bride, poppy parade, concord crush, pear pizzazz, wild wasabi
ink - concord crush, fresh snow
acc - corner chomper

122!
Good morning!
I'm back with a new sketch today! This week's layout is meant to be a long card. I designed the sketch as 3.5x6 inches, however, my card ended up being more like 4x6 (I don't have the exact measurements, as it is being delivered to a new home today).

I kept looking at all the Haiku paper I had picked up, so I decided to use a bit of that! I still absolutely love the freshness of the colours in that line! Originally I was going to stamp something and cut it out, but I didn't have anything that matched exactly, so I ended up using these flowers from one of the papers!
