FTL 91 Happy Fathers Day

Well this was an experiment!  I wanted to use the Masculine Motifs set from PaperTrey to make a Fathers Day card.  The sailboat is a solid stamp.  I stamped it on the back of the patterned paper and cut it out.  I used a cloud background stamp from Taylored Expressions and took artistic license - you can see the cloud reflections on the water!  Another great sketch from Natasha!

FTL 91!

Good afternoon! Here's this week's sketch. I've used a flower in both my sketch and my card, feel free to use some other object that busts off the card a bit! I was in the mood for some In Colors and this card just kind of came together!

FTL90 - Happy Birthday

Hi, everyone! :) Here's what I came up with using the Fall-to Layout Sketch #90 that Natasha posted last Friday.  I have been obsessed lately with Papertrey's Hawaiian Shores color, and practically had to break my fingers in order to keep from reaching for it as my base! LOL

FTL 90

This sketch was a challenge for me ~ you do NOT want to see my reject pile, lol!  I finally went with punched out polka dots so I could manipulate where to spread them out, and I am really liking how this finally turned out.
