Just a quick post from me today... I find it interesting that many of us thought "buttons" when we saw this sketch... of course I did since they are my newest obsession!
Items Used:
*Cardstock: PTI White; Stampin' Up! Pacific Point
*Images: Impress
*Ink: Versafine Onyx Black
*Tools: Big Shot; Swiss Dots Cuttlebug embossing folder; Corner Chomper
*Embellishments: assorted buttons
Not quite the card I started making as I couldn't find flowers in my stash that were the right size to go with the buttons and fit on the card front.... but I do like how it turned out.

FTL134 Cute as a Button
I made this a One Layer Card. I drew the frame around the buttons and sentiment to create a faux layer. I used PaperTrey's button die and chip board to create the buttons. I stamped them with Memento Bermuda Bay ink and PaperTrey's Bitty Background Blocks gingham image. The buttons are threaded with embroidery thread. The sentiment is from Mark's Finest Paper's Sew What set.

134
It's time for another sketch! I felt like using some buttons, so I figured I'd design a sketch that worked with that idea.
Here's the sketch:

Here's my card. I made my main panel 3.5x5. The rest is pretty self explanatory.
Supplies:
- Stamps: Birthday Basics
- Paper: Dark Chocolate, Melon Berry, Aqua Mist, Lemon Tart, Spring Moss, Sweet Blush, Lavender Moon, White
- Ink: Dark Chocolate
- Accessories, etc: Beautiful Blooms #1 die, buttons
