Here is my take on FTL199. I included several challenges when creating this card: Cas-ual Fridays CFC61to use strips of color; LIM76 to create a One Layer Card and to use three of something; and DD11 - Dynamic Duo subtle colors - to use Pink Pirouette and Baja Breeze.
Supplies: Paper - Mark's Finest Papers, MME Lost and Found; Misc - PTI Butterfly Dreams Die, Pearls

FTL 199
Wow, 199 sketches!
I made two cards with this sketch. This one is sticks right to the sketch:
while this one goes just a little beyond it:
Thanks for stopping by!
199!
Can you believe it, we're just one away from 200 sketches! I have to say sometimes it can be really tough coming up with new sketches week after week. In the coming weeks there will be probably be a few changes to the blog. There will still be sketches, they might not be as frequent. We may also go back to doing some of the other types of challenges (colour, technique, inspiration, etc.) just to change things up a bit. I will keep you all in the loop once me and the design team figure it all out :)
Onto the sketch! This one really doesn't need any measurement guidelines. Just choose 3 elements (I went with butterflies) and a sentiment and you're good to go!
This is such a quick sketch that I made 2 cards. They really aren't that different. With the first card, I die cut out 3 butterflies from the Love Lives Here die collection, then used my favorite birthday greeting of the moment (the one from It's a Jungle Out There)
For my second card, I stamped the butterflies onto the card base in black ink, then onto scrap white cardstock with my coloured inks. I cut those out and then placed those over the stamped ones.
Supplies:
As always, if you play along, please leave a link to your project!

Hi friends. By all intents and purposes, this did start out as a clean and simple card and then the layers just kept piling on and I don't know what happened, but it's cute, right? Oops.
We are all so glad you stopped by today to participate in Natasha's fabulous sketch and hope to see you back on Friday. Enjoy and have a great day. You can visit me at Cindy Coutts Designs for additional pictures.

198!
Good morning!
Here's this week's sketch.
My card's measurements:
Card: 4-5/8x4-5/8
Main Panel: 4x3
Main Panel Layer: 4-1/8x3-1/8
I used eyelets on here, can you believe it! I haven't used eyelets in quite some time. I was reminded of how easy it is to use them though with a crop-a-dile. I always hated the old method using the hammer and eyelet setter.
