FTL 70!
Hello! I hope all my American readers had a wonderful Thanksgiving and are enjoying all the shopping deals today. Here's this week's sketch. I decided to have some fun designing with the images from Stampin' Up!'s Digital Studio. I suppose I could have actually turned this into a fully digital card instead of just a sketch, but I figured I'd bring it to life with paper and stamps.
So here's my take on the sketch. If you're wanting some dimensions...
Supplies:
Stamps: Big Bold Birthday, Polka Dot Basics, Vintage Picnic
Paper: Certainly Celery, White, Tempting Turquoise, Apricot Appeal
Ink: Certainly Celery, Rich Cocoa, Tempting Turquoise, Apricot Appeal
Accessories, etc.: Chocolate Polytwill, brad, pop dots

- The card is 4.25x5.5.
- The apricot piece is just over 4.5x3.25.
- The turquoise piece is 1.75x3.25

FTL 69

I figured having a one layer card as the sketch was a bit overdue. On one layer cards the image placement is crucial, so hopefully this sketch gives you a decent starting point! If you find your final result too plain, consider adding some embellishments, like glitter, pearls, rhinestones or buttons!

Supplies:
Stamps: Vintage Picnic, For All You Do
Ink: Raspberry Fizz, Hibiscus Burst, Sweet Blush, Dark Chocolate
Paper: White
Accessories, etc.: Pearls, Buttons

Fall-to Layout #68
Happy Friday! Here's this week's sketch.

I decided to make use of a recent acquisition. I went down to the States for Remembrance Day to do a bit of shopping. Punches are ridiculously marked up here, so I picked up a few for cheap! One was this adorable cupcake punch. I paired it with some of the Loves Me paper (which always reminds me of cupcakes) and some of the coordinating ribbon.

Supplies:
Stamps: Cupcake Collection
Ink: Fresh Snow
Paper: White, Pretty in Pink, Dark Chocolate, Loves Me DSP
Accessories, etc.: Cupcake Punch (EK Success/ Martha Stewart), Ribbon, Button

Ten Minute Monday on Tuesday
I made several cards for the SCS color challenge and used the CPS141 sketch for most of the cards. The colors for the challenge were Burgundy, Vanilla and Kraft. Then I started using the colors and making more quick one layer cards or minimal layers that all took 10 minutes or less. I thought I'd share them with you.
These first few use CPS141.
These next two are not using the CPS sketch.
Supplies: Stamps - Studio G, Inkadinkado, PaperTrey Holiday Button Bits; Ink - PaperTrey Scarlet Jewel; Paper - PaperTrey; Misc - Quickutz Holiday Words embossing folder, Cuttlebug Snowflake embossing folder and border embossing folder, Scor-pal, PaperTrey Vintage buttons, Glue Dots, SU! DImensionals.

FTL#67 Season's Greetings
Fall-to Layout #67
Happy Friday! I've made two samples for this week's sketch. Because I've done similar layouts before, I have a few suggestions for this one. Keep the circular focal image part as a circle. Secondly, add some sort of embellishment on either side of the focal image. Lastly, keep the sentiment bottom center. Feel free to stamp it directly on your card or add a tag if your patterned paper is too busy or dark. Here's the layout:
My first sample:
Supplies:
Stamps: It's a Snow Day
Ink: Rich Cocoa
Paper: Real Red, Close to Cocoa, Very Vanilla, Dots and Dashes
Accessories, etc.: brads, nestabilities, corner rounder Copics
My second sample:
Supplies:
Stamps: You're Tweet, Birthday Basics
Ink: Ocean Tides, Rich Cocoa
Paper: Early Bird, Very Vanilla, Old Olive, Baja Breeze
Accessories, etc.: nestabilities, brads, buttons, saffron ribbon
