FTL#59

My card for this week's sketch is 4.25 " square. I like that size so I can use a regular envelop and not have to pay extra postage. I kept pretty true to the sketch except instead of a ribbon, I embossed the right panel with a new border embossing folder. The image panel is matted with DCWV textured card stock and then attached with dimensionals to the front of the card. Supplies: Stamps - PaperTrey Fall Elegance, Autumn Abundance; Ink - PaperTrey Summer Sunrise, SU! Old Olive; Paper - PaperTrey Vintage Cream, DCWV; Misc - Cuttlebug border embossing folder, Dimensionals

Fall-to Layout #59

Hello, here's this week's sketch. I will be updating tomorrow with a sample, and I'm sure the some of the rest of the team will post their samples throughout the weekend. The design is meant to be square, so really any size will do. Have a great weekend, and as always, feel free to leave a link if you participate.

FTL58 - Birthday Wishes

Happy Saturday! I hope you're all having a great weekend!

This is what I came up with using the Fall-to Layout # 58 Sketch. At first, I was going to make my sample using Fall colors, but it's still too warm here and I just couldn't come up with anything I was happy with. LOL, so I guess it's back to brighter colors for me! :)
